Shipping & Returns

Shipping Deadlines:
Orders will generally ship out within one business day on in-stock items.
Expedited orders may ship out the same day as ordered depending on when the order is received.
Carriers:
Badlandsgear ships by UPS or USPS for domestic orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service or USPS. Please note that certain product that is classified ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
Freight Costs
Badlandsgear will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.
Parcel Insurance:
Badlandsgear will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self-insure, Badlandsgear has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.
International Shipments
Please note:
1)   Certain products and brands distributed by Badlandsgear are not available for export. Check with your sales representative for details.
2)   Badlandsgear is not responsible for estimating, or paying Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, and or Brokerage Costs. Also Badlandsgear is not responsible for any product(s) held or seized by Customs or Government Agents: it is the importer's responsibility to know and abide by all laws, codes, and restrictions on products ordered through Badlandsgear.

RETURN POLICY:
It is Badlandsgear’s greatest desire to provide great products at a good price, but sometimes mistakes happen.
Warranty Concerns
You should have received warranty information from the manufacturer of your items. All warranty returns must be sent back to the manufacturer. It will be necessary to contact them for warranty issues.
ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT:
When purchasing items by size pay particular attention to the size charts provided on our site.
Badlandsgear customers MUST obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Badlandsgear. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first!
 To be eligible for return the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
1)  Badlandsgear must be notified of the intent to return the item(s) within 15 days of our shipping date.
2)  The item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, and with no retail markings or stickers.
Badlandsgear will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#.
To obtain an RA #, call 1 (575) 479-7038, or email us at admin@ Badlandsgear.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
RA#'s are valid for 15 days and the return must be received by Badlandsgear at the below address in that timeframe for credit.

Any returns shipped to any other address will not be processed and no credit will be provided.

RESTOCKING FEES:
Non-defective merchandise returned to Badlandsgear for any reason other than a misshipment of product will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

EXCLUSIONS
We will not be able to issue an RA# for discontinued or Special Ordered items, unless they are defective.
